Wal-Mart carries roses for a very reasonable price, as well as boxes of chocolates, cutesy cards and silly gift items that will turn even the hardest heart just a little bit mushy. If you're too broke to even pay attention then get out the pen and paper, write something from your heart or copy down a cute (sappy) love poem. Also, there are lots of free e-cards that can also be sent.
